Ladies and Gentlemen... I am proud to report that my last surgery was a SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!! Had my 8 week post op appointment yesterday and I feel better than I have in years! I have a long road of recovery ahead including pyhsical therapy and alot of muscle rebuilding but I am ready!!!!! There is someone on here in particular that I would like to say a special thank you too....and she doesnt even know how special she is to me! Jenn you are amazing and every time I fall I hear a little roar pushing me to continue.. I look forward to hearing about your ups and downs, your progress and failures, and your continued success despite your tribulations! Heres to you! I am finally ready to ROAR with you!

What surgery did you have? So happy to hear you're recovering well. Rebuilding muscle is definitely doable. I had to do it, because my leg muscles atrophied from being bedridden for over 2 months. Weightlift and strength train as much as possible. You've got this!
