Just a quick check-in to let ya'll know how it's going... I'm doing a lot of slow healing and I'm feeling pretty good. I've really stopped focusing on the scale so I have no idea how much weight I've lost if any. Just trying to log my food everyday and start to make a habit out of this lifestyle change. I feel healthier :) my stomach isn't bloated like it usually is and my skin is clearing up. I always feel so good when I'm eating right. So any hoot hope all is well for everyone :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 July 2014:

I've learned, either too late or just in time, that the way we feel is directly related to what we eat. Like you, I feel better when I eat healthier. Less than two weeks ago I re-started Atkins after two years away. I feel so much better. Good luck to you and keep up the good work!

That's great about losing your stomach bloat and your skin clearing up. In my opinion, that's enough reason to continue a healthy lifestyle :)

Good for you MM - you have the right focus (track what goes in your mouth and less what the scale says). Keep up the good work. Feeling good is a wonderful reward for healthy eating.
