Oh Bill, I SOOOOO feel your pain, I'm wagering, unlike anyone else here. Praying to the Prune Gods for some fast and thorough relief for you. I understand that this issue can cause water retention, so ignore the random number generator if things go sideways for a day or so afterward. Water retention can be a big problem after a bout of this for me. Maybe take a Midol to even things out - shhh! I won't tell!

Which Gummies did you try? I'd like to have some on hand, if you don't mind sharing? You'd best not make plans to be more than 10 feet away from the restroom for the foreseeable future.

Take magnesium citrate, also rebounding brags that the bounce motion makes you go. Do you have a mini-tramp/ trampoline? Magnesium citrate absolutely works, the robounding I cant vouch for.
