Discussion with Superman tonight: 2 + 1 cheat meal scheme.

I think this is a great idea: every 2 weeks have an all-day cheat day with a one-meal cheat on the opposite week. Should help us, we can always switch back if the 'eye test' starts to indicate a negative result. Let's run with it and pack on some lean mass!

Thinking of going for an all-day refueling scheme on Saturday. Definitely don't think that one cheat meal the following weekend would hurt anything. Should help with an increase in calories. The 'cheat meal' should probably be planned around the workout to utilize everything properly. This will be a fun experiment!

Started picking up a few supplies last night! OJ and Grape Juice are accounted for, now to find some chocolate milk... Trips to The Cup, Five Guys and Stir Fry may be in order. IHOP may be a wildcard too!

Sounds great! I am planning a pancake breakfast, maybe Mimi's again. Five Guys 100%, the CUP 100%. Watched a show last night on best pizzas on Food Channel----got me ready for some of that also, hence the I Love NY Pizza idea in the near future. I also looked at Pizza Palace, seems to be long-standing, well-liked pizza place in Knoxville. Will likely eat Marco's, Mama Mia's, or Papa John's 100%.

Marco's sent a coupon out this morning. May have to try Mimi's... Definitely wanting some pancakes. May go back to Cracker Barrel for those or venture to IHOP or Mimi's. The I Love NY Pizza looked pretty good. Hoping to get a coupon from Papa John's today... May test the waters with 2 cupcakes from The Cup.
