Doing alot better at watching what I eat, eating less, and not eating in the evening. Trying to exercise, but just too tired to do more than clean house. However...my treadmill is being delivered this evening!!!! I am so excited!! My MIL bought an elliptical and so she's selling me her treadmill at a great price. Can't wait to get started on it. Just thinking about coming home this evening to it sitting in my family room gives me more energy! Really hoping I stick to my plans. I want to be on my treadmill for 30 minutes every morning and 45 minutes every evening. Hoping this will boost my metabolism so that my eating changes make a bigger difference. I'm so tired of seeing all these rolls again when I look in the mirror--makes me feel like a failure. :/ BUT--I'm trying to be more positive today. Not going to look on the downside and how disappointing life has been recently, but trying to only see the good things (smaller body, increased energy, better health) I can do this!!
