Am I the only one who gets discouraged when I see those flabby parts? I almost want to gain some weight so I don't look saggy. Or on my legs - I have one size near the bottom, another near the top.

It can be so frustrating. I wondered if I'm the only one who looses weight like this. I'm getting so mad at myself for putting it back on.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You aren't alone with that, I to feel the same way, but because of my health, I can't exercise like I should.

I started doing small weight training exercise to tighten my flabby parts and I tell you that I have not been doing very good on weight loosing side but I am doing pretty good on flabby side:) and its not very hard when I help my daughter in her studies that's where I use a dumbbell for my arms or sit ups for my thighs and few more stretching around kids...give it a try u might be pleased to see the difference...never stop just keep on going
