What is the IIFYM experiment?

Will you increase your exercise? Sound silly asking as you do some serious work.

Good luck - we are all waiting to see you results! Have a great day!

That fast day certainly does get the weight back down to where it was. I will have to reconsider doing this if my weight keeps hanging on. I can't wait to see how you do on your new experiment. :)

666 calories - sure sounds like a very evil number to me and I'm not even superstitious!

Bill how did you arrive at the 1500 calorie a day figure? My RDI on FatSecret is 1600. My FitBit gives me about 1415 with no exercise. I am fairly sedate. I use the elliptical 5 times a week for 30 minutes. Average burn is 345 calories. So got any ideas? Should I do 1200? That is what MyFitnessPal says. I have no clue. I am a carb counter and my calories can be under 1200 or over 1200.

I am not sure, but I think you will gain weight at first but then it will drop off magically. You will do just fine.
