- Strategic rest is tentatively enforced due to the weather! Drove to Oak Ridge to find the Rush closed but managed to hit the Evolution on Hardin Valley and was given a free guest pass for the day! Excellent 2 hr session for triceps and calves. Nice new equipment and it was just myself and the owner for over an hour!
