Tuesday, Jan 4th

- Strategic Rest: more time to feel the pain for the meltdown (DOOM) that is currently occurring in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the moment! Will be strategically preparing for my Birthday HIT chest workout on Jan 5th :)
Oh ####!/anxiety/frustration/and excessive reading of Michigan newspapers and football blogs added to exercise for tonight :)

Ready! Will also be Tone's first ever official night at the Rush. We was mad that we had strategic rest last night LOL.

The only thing I was thinking was to get most or the pressing completed first after the solid warmup and then we can move into fly-type movements. I nice combination of some straightbar, dumbbell, and machine presses will ne nice! Tone will enjoy his first chest workout being in the gym, we wanted to go so badly last night! Tone will be on some sort of 3 sets for 12-15 reps of a few presses and a few flys with some pushups to follow as we teach him the 'ways of the masters'.

Sounds like a good approach for Tone! The only thing I'd like to add is the machine pull over, but we can do that near the end when we are exhausted from all the pressing movements. Hopefully everyone got the gym out of their system last night and will be too sore to come in tonight!
