Feeling awesome!.. My confidence is coming back and i'm excited for my weigh-in tomorrow. That scale can't tell me NOTHIN i know fo sho i'm smaller than i was a week ago. But.. i hope it does lol. the pressure is off since i'm down to 1.4lbs a week to hit my goal.. but of course the more the merrier lol...

This is the point in time i couldn't wait for when i started dieting again on 10/13. Where the improvement was noticable to me and my clothes started fitting better. My waist is literally whittling down.. faster than anythign else actually. Not really sure what's that about.. but it made me realize how much bigger i was only 10 lbs ago!

I have "before" pics and "progression" pics i took this monday. It is so awesome to have a reference b/c the difference is very noticable. I had my hubby put them together and i hope to share them soon, but i'd really like more comparisons so we'll see.

um hell to the no..lol... i decided if i ever need a "break" i'll just slip into maintenance.. still measuring, still aware.. just not AS strict about losing weight... i'm so damn close to my goal i can't afford ANY more vks lol..

I go through phase where I just don't try as hard, it's definitely better than giving up completely, sometimes all this tracking and what not can be very stressful, I don't blame you for needing a break. Keep up to the good work it looks you really have gotten back on track!

Thanks dynam0!!! That first day was the hardest bc I was looking my worst and felt like a failure... Now it's getting easier bc I see the progress.. Have a great day!
