Things going very well as 9 weeks goes by. Will thoroughly enjoy attempting to reach 10,000 calories this coming Sat! Looking forward to another boost as the first large cheat meal seemed to really help sustain energy levels. I have not had one flat/dragging/low energy day since the last meal and look forward to a similar boost from intake Sat!

To follow up with more, strategy to NOT employ any cardio whatsoever has worked out really well as overall mass gain/retention is working as planned while bodyfat continues to drop. Scale weight loss is slow as was planned and I am pleased with the ~3 lbs loss per every 2-3 weeks. Lower abs now starting to take shape and overall 'film' covering body is now starting to show signs of disappearance. Also have not utilized any peanut butter, cottage cheese, or protein pastas as it was recently decided that these food choices will be used during maintenance phase once desired bodyfat levels are attained.....in other words, HOLDING BACK!
