WHOO HOOO! All that exercise yesterday paid off in one way at least! I got 21,242 steps in yesterday, my personal best! :) I always get my 10K steps for good heart health, but usually end up in the 14-17K range. HOWEVER...while I did get my steps in, I also made chili mac for dinner last night. It's only 7 points, but I guess the carbs were enough to make me retain water or something, becaue I GAINED a pound! BUMMER! :(
So hoping I can drop it by tomorrow for WI. Gonna be hard, though, there's no lawn left to mow! :D
