To any who would doubt my decision to stop logging calories... My scale hadn't budged in a month. I started eating when I want and keeping it clean and today the scale went down 2 ounces and my body fat has dropped by 1 percent. So happy about that!

Yesterday I took the kids to the park and zoo on such a beautiful day and it was awesome to see their smiling faces and to hear what fun they had. So I will be sharing a piece of my happiness with you in pictures!

Sorry to bombard you guys with pictures but this is my favorite thing about life so I want to share my happiness with you all.

Your kids are beautiful. My daughter loves skirts. She is such a tomboy when it comes to playing outside in the mud, but she is always dressed up.
