This first picture i guess was my "before".. this was the weekend before i decided to stop eating bad and start changing my habits...



This was me last night with my girlfriend.. i guess i can see the improvement.. and my legs look slimmer than they ever have!.. i'm sure the jogging is helping!

Thank you!!!!! feels good to finally see a difference.. looking in the mirror just wasn't really giving me that feeling of accomplishment.. now i see it.

Lol, I wish I was able to tell on myself as well. My friend says it's totally noticable in my mid-section. Well can someone let my clothes know then b/c I'd like to fit them again ; p

Naiomy, wow you are gorgeous! How tall are you? You don't look like you need to lose another pound. Wish you lived closer to me so you could get me moving with the jogging. I have been walking for about a month or so and I'm down about 10ish pounds, but it's hard to find time for exercising with 3 kids and a full time job. And like you...my husband is my 4th kid!! Although he has been very supportive of my weight loss journey, so I can't complain!

lol..i'm short as heck.. i'm 5'3.. so according to everything i'm obese!!... thank you SOO much... really i just know i can't work out at any time besides before the kids wake up so my husband can watch them for me. so i do it first thing in the morning and i know nothing can hinder me from getting my exercise in.. b/c its DONE before i do anything else. i literally roll out of bed and throw on my sneaks. and i haven't had a problem doing this every day!.. besides fridays on my weigh-in day.. since i use my wii fit plus i weigh in, then just do a lighter work out so i can get atleast one day of rest. once u get a week in you'll see how easy it is to just get that alone time. Really that's why i do what i do. I can be out in the air, no kids yelling for u.. no nagging.. just you and ur thoughts... its very therapeutic.
