Well I feel AWESOME today! I am finally regaining my self confidence. I need to lose 2 more lbs. to fall in the overweight range and I am so excited about it. I am finally able to nicely fit back into a large size shirt and my 11/12 are getting looser every day. I have successfully not been biting my fingernails for a month now and that too is really enjoyable to my self confidence. I am hoping by the end of this month I will feel comfortable in a swimsuit. Right now I just let the kids swim while I sit back and observe... sweating to death. Well I am sure I will be logging again in the next week with excitement after I lose the next 2 and am only OVERWEIGHT! ((happy dance))
