It is amazing how fast weight will increase yet how slowly it decreases. One 2000 calorie day and I’m still up 3 days later. Ugh 😑
190.8 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
