I should be a hell of a lot less by now, but what can you do? This is the story of my life. I console myself that I have never eaten in a more healthy manner and that every ounce helps those joints. My plantar fascitis has subsided and my right hip, the one that has not been replaced, hardly bothers me at all. YAY. So those benefits are worth the struggle.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
