So the zig-zag weight history needs to finally change. And now that the leg is back in action, I think it's time to get serious and get this done.

Plan of attack: On point for the food intake (200g protein, <30g nCarbs), trail run 3x this week, resistance train 4x this week, and 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Goal: 170. Key words: discipline, determination, and safety.

Diet Calendar Entries for 20 August 2012:
1683 kcal Fat: 69.56g | Prot: 204.79g | Carb: 57.07g.   Breakfast: jimmy dean sausage patty, eggs. Lunch: low carb high fiber tortilla, trader joe's salsa especial, green cabbage, trader joe's mango papaya salsa, tilapia, lime juice, feta, romaine lettuce, strawberries, pork skewers. Dinner: body fortress whey protein isolate (post weights). Snacks/Other: rockstar, muscle milk vanilla protein shake (post trail run), pistachios, see's nuts and chews, half and half, espresso, coffee, Super Advanced Whey Isolate - Vanilla Creme. more...
2875 kcal Activities & Exercise: Weight Training (moderate) - 30 minutes, Running (jogging) - 5/mph - 1 hour, Hiking - 10 minutes, Resting - 14 hours and 20 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...

Kill it man! Don't sweat it too much, look at your overall history man, the ups and downs average to a downward trend.

Haha ya, I just party too hardy on the weekends. But now that both legs are up and running, it's on like donkey kong! I'm `00% determined to stay 100% on the diet and exercise to see how muc I can drop by friday morning. Trail jogged 5 miles in an hour today, so not too bad all things considered.

Awwwe I do miss my burpees, but I'm not quite ready for them yet. There's still some tightness in the soleus, so they'll have to wait another week or two... It's amazing at how much stamina I've lost in my trail run by not being able to go in 3 weeks. Could be worse!
