I started my Monday off by over sleeping so breakfast was pop tarts on the way into town. I resisted snacking and ate an early lunch. Which did lead to a snack later but it was a healthy one.
On the plus side I finally got an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, in September. This is nuts but there must be a reason.
