A friend gave me one of these claiming it was good for my diet. NOT! These are loaded with sugars and carbs and where if the fiber? I pinched off a tiny corner to taste it. Glad I did, way too sweet. Did not eat it!

I love fiber one. I have noticed they aren’t very high in fiber though. My peanut/chocolate bar I have here is 17g carbs. 5g is sugar and 5g fiber. I’m not too worried about sugar and use these as a lower calorie snack when I want a king size candy bar. I’ve also had the brownies and cinnamon cake. Both are tiny but so good. The cookie dough one was nothing like cookie dough. Thought that would help with my cravings for cookies but it was horrible. Kids didn’t really care for them either. Check out some of the protein bars. You’ll have to watch the sugar in them but overall I find them to be fairly healthy. Some aren’t though.

Since I started to buy the Lily's dark chocolate I break off a square of it anf eat a couple pieces of walnut or cashew with it. Seems to take care of the sweets craving without the sugar buzz. Lily's chocolate is the one sweetened with Stevia.

Oh I’ll check into that kind. I love candy bars and really all chocolate so if I can find one that tastes good and healthier I’m game to try it :). Thanks!

@peeperjj Lily's has some stevia sweetened chocolate bars with coconut in them too. Next time I pick up a bar I will post s picture of them with the nutrients from the back of the label. They have a website lilys.com that tells stores they are available at so uou don't have to run all over town looking gor them I found them at Publix in Florida. Hope uou find them, they are a little more expensive than other brands but no sugar makes them worth it yo me.
