Tired this week. Plus so hot outside. Did go swimming with the dog a couple days. Average weight loss about 4 lbs a month, slow and steady. Should meet goal weight Sept or Oct.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
