Salmon stuffed avocado, blt salad with a hard boiled egg, and spinach with a simple vinaigrette (2tbsp vinegar, 1tbsp olive oil), you can make "bread" with 1 cup mozzarella, 2 tbsp cream cheese and an egg. Melt the cheeses together then add egg and bake on parchment paper at 425 for ten minutes. Zucchini fritters, and zucchini and cauliflower "hash browns", chia pudding with fruit. Your options are endless! 💕

Avocados are yummy. Maybe sautéed veggies?

Breakfast doesn't necessarily have to be breakfast food. I have a chicken thigh sometimes, some cream cheese smeared on lettuce leaves (or sour cream) with some ground beef with butter and a bit if cheese inside. Anything you'd eat Keto can be a breakfast food :-). Good luck!

Well you can dip your sausage in cream cheese. I've had that. It's pretty good.

Maybe quesadillas using Ole Xtreme Wellness low carb tortillas. They only have 5 net carbs per tortilla. I agree with Jenniferl12003, breakfast doesn't have to be breakfast food. :)

I like Dave's killer bread - it is low carb and I add cream cheese to it - satisfies the "bread craving". I sauté vegetables with scrambled eggs to keep it interesting. cheese is a good option. it all depends on what your limits are for your macros. I wish I had more to offer in the way of ideas.

Well, my advice is up your carb count. I am the same. I need carbs for my mind and we'll being. What inning have cereal every morning, fruit as snack, broilednchicken or hamburger patties and salad, veggies and as my other meal bowl of soup without beans or noodles. Yogurt. Dates as dessert. Prunes raisins for sweet tooth. This is by my bariatric medicine doctor. You lose somewhat slowly but youncontinue losing nonstop and is very healthy. I am sorry but NO keto for me. I hope it helps.

If you like "bagel and cream cheese," try "Caprese salad" for a different cheese-based breakfast (mozzarella, fresh basil leaf, and tomatoes (or roasted red peppers) marinated in balsalmic viniagrette dressing.

It all sounds yummy 😋. I also get tired of eggs for breakfast. I am not doing keto. But nothing with flour. N
And no sugar, no potato, no rice. Instead that you don't have to have breakfast food for breakfast.

Have you tried cottage cheese with fruit and nuts? One of my faves!

Greek yogurt with some fruit
Cottage cheese with hot sauce and salt
Guacamole on your eggs
Smoked salmon in an omelette
I like to switch up the veggies in my omelets or egg scrambles - one week it's onions and peppers, spinach and mushrooms, pico de gallo with extra cilantro, eggplant, tomatoes and basil, asparagus and a bacon/cured meat etc. If you can sautée it, it's going in my omelette.

I don't now what your range is for carbs, but someone on here once suggested "Chinest Style Egg Flower Soup Mix. 2 1/2 cups of water, mix and 1 well beaten egg. It did break the monotony. It's very good too.

Do you have to eat breakfast at all?

Google 90 second bread or muffin. The muffin cooks right in a coffee cup. Then you just cut in half and butter or use sugar free jam or almond butter!

celery sticks with cream cheese?? I personally don't think in the box when it comes to meals, we can have breakfast for dinner and visa versa. I love deviled eggs and the extra fat from the mayo really helps offset my hunger. I make up 6 to 8 at a time for whenever I want to eat,,snack breakfast whatever. I find deviled eggs about the perfect balance for higher fat and good protein. tuna or salmon wrapped in lettuce is another nice quickie I enjoy. so many options to enjoy your meal with things you like. when I do have more traditional egg breakfast I tend to whip up a quick omelet with some spinach, cheese and maybe a little tomatoe. adding meat tends to raise up my protein too high for the day unless my dinner is really lite on the protein

Forget breakfast. I switch it up and have a salad or left over dinner. I don’t do Keto though... I don’t know exactly what you have to eat. I do low carb high protein so I always have to eat protein with every meal. Which is annoyingly boring sometimes

I fast breakfast a couple of times a week. This has helped me...I got sick of scrambled eggs—don’t like them anymore. Then I eat lunch around 11. Sometimes I do a little 4% cottage cheese, cut up a couple of strawberries and sprinkle a bit of stevia on top. It’s yummy but has more carbs than I like to eat for one meal. I also make a crust less quiche that I can reheat throughout the week. Good luck!
