Wow! You are lucky, because you don't have any physical limitations holding you back from exercising. I am alot older than you(66 yrs.) and I am limited by injuries. Also, I had three cancer surgeries, radiation therapy, and chemo. It has taken me three months to lose 25 lbs. It would go much quicker if I could workout. It is hard to lose weight, because I have to drag this diet thing out over a longer period of time. You look very good though and I can only say G-d bless you for doing so well. You deserve credit as credit, in this case, is due you.

You guys are SO sweet! Thank you for all the kind words and encouragement. It is so out of my comfort zone to go to the gym...today was my 3rd time. I still feel a bit awkward but it’s getting better.

Look at there, seems to me your fitting in to gym life really easy......Hope it has been fun, wait till you feel guilty if you don't go !!!! Weird feeling for sure. Still doing circuit routine or trying new equipment now? As for the pants, you pull off the look !!! It is all the rage here ----common to see them. Pretty sure your going to end up purchasing more of them. I purchased a small fortune in moisture wicking work out apparel (mens style of course) they are so comfortable that sometimes I wear a half zip pull over with blue jeans for casual look when I'm not at the gym. Sounds goofy probably but hey, its suits my current relaxed look while I work on changing me !!! Keep me posted on your progress and your fitness fun. I am confident your fitting into a sleek looking bathing suit for summer..... Yah 4 U !!!! You've done some amazing work---no one would even know your a mommy; or do we refer to you now as one extremely hot looking Mom ! Being careful not to offend others, for all the other Mom's out there, just want you all to know your all special in my book ....... Wishing you and all the others out there much success. Hey, you may be mentoring others really soon.
