At work this morning. Not really feeling good, but not feeling bad either. Just kinda having a blah day.
Went and walked 1.5 laps with Brian (boyfriend) last night and then after dinner did the same with Sena (neighbor). So I ended up w/3 laps overall. Weather permitting I will walk again this afternoon. I may try to do a Jillian Michaels workout DVD w/Brian after work today. Speaking of, he is doing an awesome job right now with Weight Watchers. He is on his 3rd day and has already dropped 5lbs. I'm happy for him, but a little jealous at the same time. Hoping for a little loss at least for myself tomorrow.
I finally found some no carb liquid sweetner at the grocery store. Haven't tried it out yet. I figured I would probably try it tomorrow when I try the Ziplock Vanilla Ice-cream recipe that someone posted on the Atkins sight.
