A little disappointed that I was up with my weigh in this morning. I want to get under 200 before increasing my net carbs to 25, but I am beginning to wonder if I should go ahead and do it.

So far I have survived the weekend. So I think I will give it another week before making a decision. I have been doing a lot of walking and my knee has been bothering me. So it is possible that I am retaining a little water.

On the upside...I finally got a Wii yesterday (so happy). Now I have to get the fit stuff. The stores around here don't have the balance board right now. I think I am going to start out with the EA Active and the Gold's Gym personal trainer games. Fixing to go online and order them site to store at Walmart.

Plan on going to the park today to try to knock out at least 3 miles. Have a great day everyone.

I'm thinking of getting a wii for Christmas this year so I'd love to hear all about all the programs you can get for it.
