I feel so guilty, I havent been following my diet. since i started working there have been alot of out to eat days, or quick and easy meals. the only thing keeping me from stressing too much about it is that I have continued to loose weight. since beginning work i've been loosing 3-4lbs a week, this month so far has been 9lbs alone and we are only 8 days in. since april im down a total of 34 lbs.
