I am very frustrated. I am exercising 7 days a week. Yes, 7. I am doing a combination of cardio and weight training. I've started using heavier weights. I went from using 2 - 3 pound weights to 5 - 8 pound weights. Grrrrr ...... I am eating healthy foods. I'm drinking lots of water. I've lost exactly .... nothing, nada, not a damn thing!!!

It makes me want to say screw it, and go eat chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream! :(

But instead, I'm going to get up and take my dog for a walk. I'm going to try not to think about it. I'm exercising and eating right for my health, not just to lose weight. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Don't be discouraged. My very simplistic view of weight issues is that if yu=ou eat more than you burn up, you gain weight. It seems that you are in balance, food intake = calories burned. Try lowering total calories a little and replacing some carbs with protein. LMH
