Well the past few days are catching up with me. For some reason the FMS seems to take a few days of eating wrong breads and other starches before I start having pain. My feet feel like raw meat this morning and I was up until about 1 a.m. so I'm more fatigued than usual. I am starting Atkins today. I was working last night on trying to put my menu and shopping list together for the week. As in the past I should feel better within a few days of following the diet.
