The days where I go to pole class are the roughest.
My body works twice as hard than when I just walk for the day, but the payout seems less than desired. Night owl roommates make food late at night which just triggers all kinds of cravings when I'm trying to sleep.
I go to bed feeling hungry, but I look forward to breakfast the next day. Doing my best to not put myself down. I'm not starving. Food just smells really good.
