Goal for today: drink more water (I usually get 4 glasses of water in a day), eat less sodium, eat more protein.

Not weighing in today, havent gotten a good amount of sleep, and I'm retaining a megaton of water.

Need to bring some food to work with me tonight.

If you can, try adding lemon juice to your water (fresh squeezed or bottled) and it will help you rid your body of the retained fluid. Just make sure you are near a restroom for a few hours lol!
