It's hot it's humud and to sum it up really gross. Yesterday I did not eat well at all. Well during the day it was okay but once I finally made it home well it was munch, munch, munch!! Oh well serves me right for waiting so long to eat! Not to mention I was in a lot of pain as my bad shoulder was throbbing and my hand had swelled right out! Stupid joints! Wanted to chop off my right side that's for sure! Did not get a lot of walking in either, but in this heat may have been a good thing!
Oh well crap happens. It's Friday and the weekend is only 9hrs away!! Everything will be all good once I can swipe my card out of the stress bullcrap hole AKA work!!! Lol
