I had a lot of fun the last few days eating and drinking things I haven't had since the first of the year. Now that these cravings are out of my system, I am back to being healthy. I did notice that my aches and pains came back, eating to many carbs and the crazy yummy cake. Moving forward.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
