DS107's Journal, 25 April 2018

With everything that's been going on I didn't eat a bite Sunday or Monday. I'm not fasting, I'm just not interested. Yesterday I had a Caesar salad with chicken for a total of 2.17 carbs for the entire day. This morning I was not feeling well; I was lightheaded, slightly disoriented, and sluggish. Plus I had the shakes, like I used to get when my blood sugar was too low. We went to lunch and I had salad, green beans, steak and shrimp. Almost 16 carbs total. Weird thing was I perked back up midway through the meal. I think my sugar was too low because everything has improved, no more shakes either. I just need to get interested again. Peace. You have to eat, depriving your body of nourishment only make you go hypoglycemic. Your body was fighting was fighting for energy. Please be careful because it can put you in he Hospital.
