With everything that's been going on I didn't eat a bite Sunday or Monday. I'm not fasting, I'm just not interested. Yesterday I had a Caesar salad with chicken for a total of 2.17 carbs for the entire day. This morning I was not feeling well; I was lightheaded, slightly disoriented, and sluggish. Plus I had the shakes, like I used to get when my blood sugar was too low. We went to lunch and I had salad, green beans, steak and shrimp. Almost 16 carbs total. Weird thing was I perked back up midway through the meal. I think my sugar was too low because everything has improved, no more shakes either. I just need to get interested again. Peace.
