ada yg pernah kebingungan kayak q g sih?
cari sumber protein tp tiap mkanan yg dmakan karbonya jg gedean (kec putih telur). ada g ya mkanan yg proteinny rada gede tapi karbonya rendah

selalu,hehhehehe....perhatiin jumlah protein nya saja,katanya wanita dewasa 56gram protein.kalau mau pas'in karbo 50% lemak 30% protein 20% susah,setidak nya jangan terlalu beda jauh saja.

Sumber protein yg rendah karbo: ikan, putih telur.
yg carbonya sedang tapi tinggi protein: tahu tempe dada ayam.
di combine aja. pagi byk karbo complex, siang byk protein, malam sedikit carbo, sedikit protein.
