Friends the struggle is real! I’ve gained the last two weeks, not a lot but still gains. 😟I know what I need to be eating but I am putting all the bad stuff in my mouth and convincing myself a little won’t hurt. I only set a 20 pound goal bc if I look at the whole amount I need to lose I’d quit! So anyway I know I have to pick myself up,dust myself off and get back on track. Being on here keeps me from giving up so thanks to you all for your support!😊😊😊

We are with you and your struggles.....Good idea to set smaller milestones if this helps keep the motivation.... Glad to see you are continuing the fight as so many of us are. You can do this, just work your plan ---remember good things often take time to achieve.
