Feeling proud! I Love FS! I started this January 1 of this year I am down 25 pounds I have another 25 to go. FS keeps me moving in the right direction. Slow and steady wins a healthy life!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
