Did not make the 4lb goal but think weight is stabilizing. Seen this last time dramatic drops, kind of plateau for a week then drops again. Not been hitting the 4-5 times a week at gym, been closer to 3 with a good Sat workout.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
