Hang in there. Keep at it and consider adjusting something in your plan. It's frustrating but keep at it. You will find the way forward.

I'm not sure what kind of food plan you follow, and I don't tell other people how to eat, we all do what we think/feel is best for us, but looking at your food diary, I notice a lot of processes carbs. Maybe for a week or two try cutting back on some of those high carb foods and see what happens? Just a thought for you to consider. The exercise is great for you though, keep at it! You'll break the stall. Slow and steady and have patience. You can do it!!

Remember that some times during the month we can get a little heavier due to fluid retention. Also you could be gaining muscle from those walks which could add some weight. I was wisely told by a member here that if you haven’t used the bathroom lately that could contribute as well ;). I’m trying the zig zag method where each day is different but I’m aiming for an average of about 1400. It seems to be working for me when 1100-1300 average had me stalled. Some days it’s 900 and others 1900(I take vitamins to make sure I’m getting what I need). Perhaps you would benefit from something like that if you haven’t tried it yet. Good luck!

I have found that keeping my carbs below 100/day is helping.
