It's a big loss, but it didn't all happened at once. It's been a while since I've recorded my weight here. Loving how almost everything is fitting. Loving how I don't get tired as easily as before....
148.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 1.2 lb a week
