All is well.. haven't given up.. I just go into gym with my headphones on and only focus on what I'm doing, like I'm the only one there.

Exactly Mike.. Good for you! When at the gym, the only person that matters is you so that is the perfect focus. Keep at it!

Heading to the gym myself right now. Some days are easy and funand some days are just hard work. A bit of arthritis in the shoulders but it always feels good when I am done.
