Minor setback. After some large meals last weekend, I was also tempted by my Ski Areas 'after season BBQ'. I over indulged on Tri Tip, coleslaw, potato salad, etc. I am participating in a half marathon, (with about 2000' elevation change) this weekend, so I might be able to work off a calorie or two.
