Surprised to see the totals when I logged my food, then I remembered that I ate 3 Italian sausages for dinner for about 800 calories. They were not that good and definitely not worth the calorie count. Could have had a small steak or pork chops for the same calorie count. Still stuck in the 235 -238 pound range after almost 3 full months.
