Up again this morning, I may have eggs for dinner tonight to force a slip down the rung. Long, fast walk last night, got home pretty late, but we were moving the entire time, so that's good. Only down side was no climbs or stairs, but you can't have it all every time, can you? I take that back, just looked at my health app and we did 5 miles and two flights worth of elevation, which isn't much, but it all counts.
Going to make sure I max my water out the next few days as well even though it's chilly again today. It's not the actual temps, which are high 60's, it's this cold desert wind that's been blowing since the weekend. It just sucks the heat right out of you and it's sustained at 10-15mph without stopping. I turned on the heater in my office for about five minutes before I turned it off because I don't want to be bound to it.
soon enough it'll be sunny and 70, i hope. that's my favorite. with a little rain here and there for good measure, since i'm making requests.
