Good morning everyone - it is a great day. what makes it a great day you ask. For starters - I woke up, I had breakfast with my amazing wife and I got to come to work. I have had an excellent Americano and a nice conversation with a coworker. I am really grateful to be alive today and that makes today great. My lesson learned for the day is that I under ate before the gym last night and I was really struggling on the run, I just wasn't hungry and I didn't want to run on a full stomach. I'll bump up my pre work out snack a bit and see how it goes. I did have a personal best on the chest bench last night - at least post-illness best. Onward and up ward. oh I also started learning "learning to fly" by the foo fighters on the guitar, I have the chords down - now to work on the timing. I wish that everyone has a great day too, this is an adventure worth living.
