Cass3918's Journal, 17 April 2018

I have been laid up for the past 4 1/2 months with back issues. I have a herniated disc in my lower back(been very painful) and been doing PT and not been able to walk or do much exercise other than my PT. I still managed to lose 25 lbs over the past 5 months even with very little exercise and taking medications. I have been sticking to my WOE pretty good for the majority of the time. The holidays were tough (had a few overindulgences) but I got right back on track. I even went on vacation for 8 days. I was very surprised I still lost that much weight over the time period.
I have not been keeping my journal or writing it down (I have been slack) but I keep it in my head and seem to be doing pretty good. I have decided to keep on with this WOE and see how weight I will lose.. I set my GOAL at 170 but I may go lower.. I's still not sure yet. The jury is still OUT on that. Im only 12 lbs away right now. I will reach it.. I am DETERMINED!

More importantly when I went to the doctor for my yearly physical my (AC1) was 5.6, down from 11.5 and my and Glucose was 95 which I still need to improve, but overall Doctor was very very pleased! My cholesterol, triglycerides & sodium were in normal range as well.

Excellent numbers! 🙋🏻Great lab results and great results sticking to your WOE! So the eating right is paying off even if you can’t do much exercise! Wonderful job!🙆🏻‍♀️
