Ingredients
6 servings cream cheese (one package)
1 serving butter
1 stalk medium celery
6 jalapenos
1 serving borden shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices Smithfield thick cut bacon
Directions
Melt butter add chopped celery cook till soft reduce heat add cream cheese stir till throughly blended.
Scoop mixture into cleans peppers.
top with cheddar cheese and bacon
Place in 350* oven till tender about 20 minutes Recipe is based on 12 servings so each half of a whole pepper is a serving size.
