Feeling a bit despondent about my lack of weight loss so far this week. As an obsessive scale hopper, I do usually see some kind of downwards movement by this end of the week. However, so far all I've seen is an increase of 0.5lb!! What's going on?? I've stuck to my plan 100% - I didn't even have my usual 1/2 bottle of wine on Sunday night - and I took my son to a soft play centre yesterday, which involves me spending 1.5 hours running around after him, up and down the slides etc. I even did a cardio session on Monday! Boo - I don't want to let my fellow White Corvettes down. :(
