I don't know if it's the exercise I'm doing or what but I feel like I'm starving. I haven't eaten any less than I normally do but it doesn't feel like enough. I might need to eat more often rather than my 3 squares a day and some snacks. That's not going to work for me if I keep feeling like this. I feel like I haven't eaten all day....

I know this may sound like a crazy idea, but I have been learning to train myself to always be just a little bit hungry. It naturally causes you to eat less, and get by on less. Otherwise, as we typically do, we eat until we get satisfied, and we are so used to being satisfied, that when we feel a little deprived, we feel like we're starving to death. That may not be the case with you, but it is with me. I am anything but starving. :) Try drinking water or munch on some broccoli or celery and wait a few minutes and see if the feeling goes away.

I don't think it's a problem to break up your meals and either eat them as several small meals or incorporate snacks. I usually eat at my desk and I end up grazing on my lunch - sometimes it's an hour and half and I'm still working on it! If you have something every few hours, it should help to maintain your fullness and you won't go into a sugar crash and be starving by the next meal.
