I don't know what to say. I'm right back up to 234. I don't know what is going on. I'm stuck at 234 no matter what I do....
234.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I actually have :) I was telling my husband about it. I did all the math. I'm not sure if I'll be able to eat all the calories I'm allowed on my indulgence day but I'm going to try :D My indulgence day will be Sunday, even though I should count last night. I ate a lot for dinner...

I think my problem is the vitamins I was taking. I was taking fish oil and evening primrose oil. I quit taking them but it's only been 2 days. How long does it take for vitamins to get out of your system?

Black Cohosh made me gain weight. I started taking DHEA for female crap.
