Ok, its humpday, and im hoping to see some movement in the scale tomorrow...although, i hope im not dissapointmed after eating such a strange dinner...i guess that my body was really craving protein...I did well today, but hope to do even better tomorrow!

I think you can find better ways for protein, black beans would have been MUCH better, and permitted! Hang in there chicka! Let me know if I can help in any way. I have a good feeling about you!
